Memory not what it used to be? Suffering from brain fog? Or simply coming up to exams and want to be as sharp as a whistle?

The Memory Stack combines Pure Fine Creatine, renowned for its support of ATP essential for memory and recall, with both the natural blend of Astaxanthin and DHA found in Antarctic Krill Oil, and the hormonal supporting Magnesium Rocks.

Found in fish and meat, creatine levels can be particularly low in those following a vegetarian or vegan diet, and seems to become ever more important for each of us we age. Equally healthy levels of EPA and DHA are essential for healthy brain functioning in people of all ages, while the naturally occurring asataxanthin helps enure the transfer of these essential ingredients across the blood brain barrier. And finally, add in Magnesium Rocks, essential for both ATP, as well as involved in healthy hormonal balance in midlife, and you can start to enjoy the clarity that comes as brain fog lifts and effortless recall returns. Watch Zana explain the benefits.

Dosage:
Creatine: 1 teaspoon per day in liquid (eg water or warm – not hot – tea). Can be added to protein shake.
Antarctic Krill: 2-4 capsules daily with food.
Magnesium Rocks: 1-2 daily, before bed or with food.
